Frame Benefits From All Points of Access
Exclusive Frame Collection
BCBS FEP Vision members get access to our Exclusive Collection of over 200 Designer frames, each valued up to $195 plus a complementary 1-year breakage warranty. Members pay nothing out-of-pocket for these frames, which are available at most independent providers. Frame Allowance
If you prefer frames that are not in our Exclusive Collection, you can use your frame allowance toward any pair of frames. High Option members have a $200 frame allowance for Standard Option members, the frame allowance is $140.
Enhanced Frame Allowance at MyEyeDr.
BCBS FEP Vision members get an additional $50 frame allowance at MyEyeDr. This means High Option members have a $250 allowance and Standard Option members have a $190 allowance at over 800 MyEyeDr. locations nationwide.
